  I like how Ivalice&apos;s creation myth is just a bunch of powerful beings systematically delegating work to lower powerful beings they created to handle the lowliest of beings: humans (a.k.a. workers). Makes it seem more like a Corporation rather than a Pantheon.

  Writing this for my own use:<br><br>Fabar and Danan (Cosmological/Celestial/Godly beings) fought (for millennia) &gt; Matoya prophesized Danan&apos;s king, Xabam will die by his second (Ahnas) &gt; Xabam imprisoned Ahnas &gt; Ahnas freed (after millennia), worked with Fabar and took down Xabam (also took millennia) &gt; Ahnas turned Xabam into Ivalice, imprisoned for eternity &gt; Ahnas created humans to take care of Ivalice so Xabam will suffer continuously &gt; Ahnas peaced out to heaven &gt; Humans being humans, overstepped, may ruin Xabam&apos;s punishment &gt; Ahnas came back, created 2 copies of him to manage &gt; 2 copies got lazy and created Occuria &gt; Occuria got lazy and created scions (and other creatures) &gt; After millennia, dragons got bored, rebelled, got slapped with rings &gt; Occuria triggered, made Calamity of Earth (banish humans to mortal realm) &gt; Scions also got bored, some rebelled and failed, then there&apos;s Ultima &gt; Ultima hated the unfair conditions, schemed to rebel the Occuria (for millennia) &gt; Shemhazai (one of Ultima&apos;s scion) didn&apos;t join but went to the mortal realm to create chaos and ruin Ivalice &gt; Ultima and gang failed &gt; Occuria punished Ultima to reborn in a random human for eternity, the gang got sealed into Auracite (12 zodiac) &gt; Occuria came back to the mortal realm after millennia (Thousand Years War) and Ivalice was at the brink of destruction &gt; Occuria made Calamity of Light (fear of religion) &gt; Human ideas of religion made things worse over time (religious wars) &gt; Occuria made Calamity of Fire (burn em all) &gt; Humans recovered &gt; Occuria made Ivalice into ice age, and slowed down the humans &gt; Occuria got happy and went away to other realms &gt; After 5000 years of cold, Ivalice burped lava, reversing the cold &gt; Occuria came back, discussed what to do (for millennia), and noticed something &gt; Humans were too advanced, created 7 kingdoms in the East, and war never changes &gt; A king of Mullonde wants to stop war with unity by summoning a demon &gt; Demon killed king, took over Mullonde as king &gt; Ivalice overrun with demons and monsters &gt; Human discovered the Auracite (all 12) and became the Zodiac Braves &gt; Beat demon and disappeared &gt; Occuria worried over human&apos;s new power and technology advancements (discovery of magic) that pollutes Ivalice, made Calamity of Wind (stopped wind power tech) [The light of Kiltia/Phara could be founded around this time] &gt; (The Galtean Alliance could occur here, not too certain) &gt; Humans got smarter, made new tech without need for wind that pollutes more (FFXII takes place around here I believe) &gt; Occuria made Calamity of Water (flood to reset tech and cleanse Ivalice from pollution) &gt; Calamity got polluted itself and corrupted into Deity of Pestilence (spread diseases) [FFXII could also be here because the Disease status effect in the game] &gt; Roughly 80 years after FFXII, Holy Ydoran Empire founded, Church of Pharism is the religious authority, &nbsp;Pharism is the main religion &gt; Ajora was born (this is the scion Ultima reborn), thus have prophetic powers, later called Saint Ajora &gt; Saint Ajora became a pain to the empire, sent Germanique to spy, found to be suspect, Ajora captured and hanged at 20 years old &gt; After Ajora (Ultima) died, the dark scions (Lucavi, 12 zodiac) brought about the waves, sinking Mullonde, waned Pharism influence &gt; Church of Glabados (Ajora&apos;s last name) was established, the Lucavi see it as a chance to control and bring about Ultima&apos;s resurrection again &gt; Church of Glabados removed Pharism, infiltrated the Holy Ydoran Empire, and became the main religion of Ivalice.

  The details, the attention to the mythos, backstory, and establishment of the world, the beings that inhabit the different planes. This is why Ivalice is the best setting in Final Fantasy history. You can tell that every single detail was written with great love and care.

  Spectacular. I consider myself a lore afficionado of Ivalice myself, but you really went above and beyond the basic lore here. Though you added a healthy amount of supposition to make all the pieces fit, you did so admirably and didn&apos;t contradict any established lore. Terrific work!
