FINALLY someone who agrees that the cake wasn’t their fault. The parents chose to confront her taking her attention off the cake delivery and then the dog caused it to fall.

Omg I can't believe you guys figured out about the Shakespare thing! You're the first reactors who noticed it! It's from Much ado about nothing and some lines were literally taken from the play and added here. Whenever somebody says "I just made that up" or "I just came up with that" it means that whatever they just said was taken almost word for word from the play

Finally! Peoplr who enjoyed it like me: it's not that deep y'all, it's a fun romcom and we haven't had one in a good while. Just enjoying the cheese and good tweaks on the regular formula 😊

The random Shakespeare quotes is bc this is based on a Shakespeare play btw. They make jokes about it too throughout the movie AND the name of the play is on the baseball field

i’m so glad y’all enjoyed this movie. when i first saw it, i fully went in expecting to not really like it but i ended up loving it! it’s so fun and feel good and it doesn’t feel like it needs to be the most cinematic masterpiece ever. it was cheesy and awkward at times which added to the charm and i enjoyed sydney and glenn’s chemistry a lot. just all around a good movie!
