  I was at a restaurant in Spain about 15 years ago, and a British couple were in there.  They ordered a lavish meal, ate the entire meal then decided they didn't want to pay because it "Wasn't very good".  Long story short, the manager of the restaurant ended up punching this man, the Police turned up and told them to pay or they would be arrested.   I've always felt that was the best outcome of that situation.

  So for anyone wanting an update, the man was arrested around a week or two after this video was uploaded. He was charged with malicious destruction of property and first and second degree assault. His name is Josyah Brown, so feel free to clown this man

  I’ve worked in retail for nearly 4 years now.  Seeing that worker fight the shitty man and smash his phone is an absolute dream at this point

  From my years of working in food service, the one customer I will always remember is the guy who came in right before close, asked when we closed, then when we told him in 5 minutes said "Alright, I won't be that guy then," and left. A true hero 😭

  I worked retail and food service and I promised myself I would NEVER work in there again. It’s like customers feel they own you. The disrespect is unreal. My hats off to anyone in customer service.

  The real tragedy is the fact that the employee had a baton stashed behind the counter, most likely because this behavior isn't unexpected. Our culture is fucked.
