Had an employee look me dead in the face once and say, "Humans don't like criticism or change. You're telling me the thing I've always done is wrong. I know you're right, but the human in me has hurt feelings at the moment. I need to take a second so we can move on."

Shut me right up. She is an absolute gem and I wouldn't trade her for the world.

The restaurant closed in december 2011 after dealing with a declining local economy and negative reviews. Abby worked as a personal trainer until 2021 and is now in the painting industry. Rico still works in finances to this day.

It's not just the wait staff he's proper to, it's his camera crew as well. When he was trying to leave the building in hi sanger, he even said to the camera guys, "Not now, please?" Yes, he was angry and needed them to move, but the way he said it to them was proper control. he was angry and needed to get out of there, but he didn't take it out on them in the slightest. that was respectable.

Just because you washed dishes at 3am for 33years does not mean you have a career in the restaurant business Abby.

"My restaurant is failing, I'm going bankrupted, the customers hate my food, the staff hate me, I had to resort to hiring one of the best 5-star chef's in the world to save my restaurant. But how would I rate my business from 1 to 10? 10, obviously!" X0

Her saying Gordon is a "disgrace to the industry" is WILD. You were absolutely right when you said that he IS the industry. If you look up "most famous chef in the world", Gordon pops up first. And if you look at the most googled chefs, he takes the lead by a LANDSLIDE. Gordon had 12,000,000 yearly searches. Number 2 on the list was Jamie Oliver with 4,416,000. The difference is insane. He has 3x more searches than Jamie Oliver in 2nd place. So he's not just number one. He's number one by a fucking LANDSLIDEEE
