Sarah did a clear presentation of the framework that will make it easy for the jurors to connect the dots with circumstantial evidence as well as direct testimony that will lead to a conviction. <br>Donna’s attorney exploited both the memory of Dan Markel as well as his children! to invoke sympathy for Donna Sue. Revolting! How dare she do that? I don’t think jurors will appreciate that after Donna’s lawyer also told jury that Donna said foul things about Dan during the divorce. And Donna’s fake crying sans tears was disgraceful!<br>You don’t make those type of vile comments and then say you cared for him. <br>God Bless the Markel family. Justice for Dan Markel!
