I'm the burnt out can NOT function woman who's nervous system is constantly in fight or flight, I have been really going through it....I can't concentrate to watch this but the parts I can really sound like a blessing. I'm praying some way some how the Lord will help me live with structure again and have a clean house, yard, dog & car again & experience Joy thoroughly with out depression & chaos. May the Lord bless you! 🤍

Key points:
* Develop a meal 🥘 rotation system using the nutritious meal system
* Nutritious meal system: Protein portion 🍗 (chicken, beef, fish, pork), Marinade or seasoning 🧂 (sauce, BBQ, honey mustard sauce, Italian dressing, ginger with sesame, (lemon, garlic, pepper)), Vegetables 🥦 (fresh or steamed), Carbohydrates 🍚 (rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, pasta, sourdough bread)
* Make shopping lists of missing items.
* Wash clothes in the washing machine daily instead of dedicating an entire day to laundry. 🧺
* Dedicate one day a week to cleaning the bathroom, another to the kitchen, another to the floors, etc.🧹
* Use the two-minute rule (if something takes less than two minutes, do it immediately). ⚡️
* Set aside time (one day a week and one week a month) for rest. 😌

I love your editing style. Your videos are very peaceful. Teaching from a place of compassion is far more impactful and it seems you do that well. I'm glad your channel was suggested to me.

Thank you for this video! Another option is make-ahead freezer meals. When I feel well and motivated, I will make 12+ meals (4 different types) like 3 lasagnas, 3 black bean soup, etc… and I love having those to fall back on when I just really don’t want to cook!

You and the Elisabeth Elliot podcast have helped me in so many ways. And I know it’s funny but you’ve said some really similar things to her but I had a hard time implementing them when EE said them but something about someone from the same generation saying it makes it feel more doable. Thank you for your videos!

Thank you so much for this video. I've listened to it three times now just so that I can fully internalize it. Between this video and the one about your planner, you've helped me come up with systems that I can actually stick to despite the frequent changes of family life. No one else tells you how to adapt things based off of what season you're going through. These types of videos are invaluable.

I’ve done a lot of healing but I’ve still got so far to go. My nervous system is in a much better place, which is nice! Now I’m just trying to get into the habits of keeping on top of things.

I love systems! I need to learn discipline again now that I am raising my baby grandsons as a 50-something.
