  The “Valerie doesn’t count” wouldve worked better if the reason was that she was just using him. It would still be a flimsy excuse but at least it makes sense with the continuity.

  It’s really tragic that Jeanette was legitimately uncomfortable during that scene, because it’s such a heartfelt moment during a time when ICarly didn’t take itself that seriously until near the end of the series and the revival.<br><br>Now I want to see reviews of that set of episodes where Sam and Freddie dated..
