A vagina is an ORGAN not just a hole in the body. We transplant organs. We don't mush together tissue and call it a new organ. Doctors don't take muscle tissue, shape it into a heart and put it in someone's chest. Genitalia are ORGANS!

Gender is not "assigned" at birth by a doctor, it is observed, and most often today done so prior to birth.

Sex is established upon conception and is recognized at birth. It is not "assigned" at birth. If there is some question regarding a baby's sex, a DNA test can establish it.
