  Just graduated bro, I can confirm that yeah you gotta lock in on the grades to a degree but what REALLY matters is the social life/activities and transferable job skills and resume building… and when you get to the job market, succeeding at work is 80% the social factor hands down

  I definitely enjoyed the journey more than the destination at my first college and learned a lot doing so. <br>I can’t deny, I felt a tinge of hopelessness at the “if you have an art degree, you’re homeless” jab, but remembered it’s something I’m genuinely interested in and don’t regret studying at all. It still helped me land a job and I’ll always be grateful for that!

  Just finished freshman year doing schoolwork, eating, working out, and sleeping with occasional gaming or anime binges on weekends. I’d literally just read webtoons and manga in all of my free time came out of the year with 0 friends but a stacked reading list.
