  I cut my grass (cool season mix) 2.5&quot; but the grass is pretty thick in some areas. I plan to just skip seeding those areas and focus on the thin spots.

  I live in Greenville SC what are your thoughts on scalping Bermuda in the fall? I have neighbors that do it and others are opposed to it. What are your thoughts and why?

  When it takes 4 hours to completely water the lawn, how is anyone going to water 3-4 times a day? &nbsp;I scalped, vacuumed, aerated, sliced and now spend the entire day watering. &nbsp;Rain has been hit or miss but all in all I&apos;m managing to get pretty good germination. &nbsp;Praying the heat lets up - it&apos;s been in the 90s when it should be in the 70&apos;s.🤞Three reciprocating sprinklers are about all I can do without the coverage dropping down on them.

  Cut low, dethached, and cut again. Seeded and fertlized. But I discovered that my lawn is extremely bumpy and uneven and leveling a lawn with sand is a crap shoot.

  Should we deep water 1x week 40m this time of year before over seeding (hiring aeration/overseeding/0.25&quot; compost) scheduled &lt;2 weeks out? &nbsp; &nbsp;Currently watering 20m 3x week for August dry heat weather. &nbsp; Area 6a &nbsp;(New England)

  I overseeded last week. 4 days went by then without calling trugreen put change up down. <br>Any advice on what to do now?

  We have a horrible drought in Michigan.ive been watering my grass once a week. But I won’t be scalping it and causing more stress. I will de thatch and core it and add seed and then water, I’ve got Kentucky Blue with bare spots.
