Funfact: the crow in the cole short is Fritz from the Finders and the random dude in the second short is Scott

This was overwhelming man, I feel like we waited for something that was being hyped for a long time, the sets were giving us hints of what could happen. But honestly I feel a bit disappointed in this, I know it's like and introduction (it was great) but idk, didn't live up to MY expectations

Idk about yall but I’m pretty sure the guy in the second episode was a grown up Scott in the real world from prime empire

I think the Cole short: the end begins was my favorite the animation looks amazing and Cole just had so much Aura, the fight against him and the Oni was peak and him saving Fritz is nice, epilogue was great two showed the dynamic of Kai and Nya well and had some beautiful animation. I didn't really like the second short: Terminus just focusing on some random guy instead of a civilian we know like Dareth or Nelson, him being Scott is something I would've never expected in a million years, tho I do love seeing the all OG 4 Ninja plus the fight of the Ultra Dragon vs the Great devourer. Overall Duskfall was cool but interms of it's plot it felt super disapointing for Ninjago's standards espiecally for a year like this, Also the new characters like Jin and Master Ivo just being shown for literal seconds felt super dissapointing not to mention Mira and Nate not appearing at all. I wished it was 40 minutes to actual be a decent and nice pilot like the actual Ninjago pilot 15 years ago but even with 15 minutes you could've easily explain and expand on the plot. I expected Duskfall to be peak like Montrosity but what we got is more on the opposite level of Kai's Monsterous Journey, where that had decent to kinda lackluster animation with a very boring story that atleast got explored, this has peak animation and super interesting hints at a story but doesn't explore it at all.
1:11 Nate funnily enough doesn't appear at all
1:48 Cole is OP here
2:05 peak shot
2:17 I guess this confirms Cole can control parts of Metal
2:25 Spinjitzu looks sick
2:42 same reaction
2:45 Cole casually killed him
3:07 My boy Jin
3:15 nice to see all the Ninja here
3:55 that would be peak
4:30 agreed until I learned that it's Scott
4:55 I like to think that's the 4+ Bounty
5:40 True
5:50 I think it's like an elemantel Dragon like the one from S15
6:02 Master Ivo
6:36 yup just like Kai
6:44 true, gotta ahow is old man Kai
6:58 Ninago looking fire and getting cooked. I get the point of a pilot Is that You get the audience hooked without revealing too much But you gotta give your audience something to look forward to my problem isn't that it was bad my problem is that I didn't understand what was happening there is no plot And there's no guarantee the animated series will be than this at least in terms of runtime because we have no details about that yet It's my real problem the advertisement and the hype for just not really anything meaningful
