Interesting and informative. Excellent photography job making it easier for viewers to better understand what the orator was describing.Historians did a very good job presenting actual facts from fiction. Orator did a very good job presenting the documentary. Class A research project. Special thanks to general von choltitz for not destroying Paris under Hitler's demented orders.

Thank you Raoul Nordling. Read his Memoirs "Sauver Paris". He did so much. He also liberated Drancy Concentration Camp with the help of Annette Monod. <br><br>And despite the comments it is indeed true that the FFI saved Paris from Von Choltitz alongside the Allies who prevented these V2 to be delivered.

O bombardeio de Roterdã foi ordenado antes da rendição da cidade ,foi ordenado a volta dos bombeiros ,mas houve problemas de sinalizar e somente em torno de 40 ,,% , voltaram, tanto e que os oficiais alemães que estavam negociando a rendição estavam no meio dos bombardeiros ,somente por isso achei o autor do documentário parcial

It all comes down to how you choose to see things. Do you choose to focus on the negitive. Or the magnitude of the days of liberation. World history should not be forgotten. But there are momments that can affort to be. If it means taking away from the sacrifices made to achieve a great momment. Not to say the lives lost are not important. But to focus on the positive instead of the negitive is more important.
