Smart habit
1. Deep thinking without input:
- Daily thinking walk
2. Struggle before help:
- Before asking for help, write your best answer
3. Writing to think, not to record:
- A daily thinking journal:
- what do i actually understand,
- what confused me,
- what idea feels unfinished
4. Building mental models:
- Learn one concept outside your field. Not deeply, coceptually
5. Deliberate memory training:
- Recall before review
- Explain ideas without notes
- Teach what you learned
6. Protecting cognitive energy:
- Sleep deeply
- Move daily
- Get sunlight
- Allow boredom

The idea of deep thinking without constant input is so underrated. No phone, no music, just walking and thinking might be the most powerful habit here

1. Silence.

Take time to just think for yourself. No external disruptions. Just you and pure unorganized random thoughts that appear.

2. Dilligence.

Solve problems on your own before finding help. New challenges shapes and builds your mind.

3. Study topics outside of your comfort zone.

Whether it be a new language, an instrument, or etc, learn the conceptual fundamentals for things you weren't familiar off.

4. Recall.

A good memory is key. Train your brain to remember stuff in short or longer periods. For example what did you watch 2 videos ago, what was the reel you scrolled past 5 mins ago.

5. Recovery.

Your brain needs rest. Maintain a good sleep schedule. Reduce constant stimulations from electronics.

The greatest minds in history were mislabeled by idiots. They were still born with their genius.

This video brought back a memory I don’t talk about much.
When I was younger, I truly believed I was “not smart.” Not in a dramatic way—just a quiet acceptance. I was slow to answer, slow to understand, and every time I asked a question, I felt like I was confirming what everyone already assumed about me.

I remember one night, sitting alone at my desk, long after everyone had gone to sleep. No phone, no music. Just a notebook and a question I couldn’t solve. I stared at it for hours. I failed again and again. At some point, something shifted. I wasn’t trying to be right anymore—I was just trying to understand.
That night didn’t make me smarter overnight. But it changed something deeper. I realized my mind wasn’t broken. It just needed time. Silence. Struggle.

Years later, I noticed something strange. The people who once answered faster weren’t necessarily thinking deeper. And I, the “slow one,” had learned how to sit with questions without running away.
This video reminded me that intelligence didn’t arrive for me as talent. It arrived as patience. As loneliness. As quiet walks. As writing thoughts no one would ever read.

For anyone who still thinks they’re not smart enough—maybe you’re just early in the process. Maybe your mind is growing in ways that don’t make noise yet.

I used to think I wasn't 'smart enough' for certain things. This video changed my whole perspective. It's not about being born a genius, it's about staying curious and disciplined.
