When they debuted, many HL members were confused how the single channel would work. They said "that's smart, they can take turns going live."
Then they ended up streaming together 97%of the time.

They are in real life twins, and as for their syncing, they do it naturally without a script, in fact when they to deliberately sync, they often fail to do it well.

When FUWAMOCO sync, they're just doing what comes natural, having spent the vast majority of their time together. Maybe they've had a week apart, until Fuwawa needed a surgery that required about a month to recover from. But having spent basically their whole lives together, they share the same braincell together. They've actually found that it's more difficult for them to try to sync on purpose. It's also cuter when they sync physically.

Sometimes other talents sync, so it's not required for the people to be twins to do it. Just spend lots of time together.

What's funny is when Mococo does a solo stream, because their intro is so set, and Fuwawa does most of it, Mococo just leaves her spaces there and does her own part. So a Mococo-only instruction is mostly silent.

So other people have pointed it out that these two pretty much have spent their whole lives attached at the hip. They have a super deep bond that any time apart actually causes them anxiety. When they were training with their gen mates (the rest of Advent) and even after their debut, Nerissa said it was even near impossible to get them to sit apart from each other, despite her best efforts to sit between the twins. Now they're a lot better. As they've gotten closer with their gen mates and moving to japan and spending more time with the JP memebrs of hololive. It's really amazing to see how their hard work has paid off.

They are very cute but don't forget they are experts in visual novels and not just the seiso ones.

There's actually been studies on twins being able to sync a lot of things, the only scripted syncs would be their intros, everything else is natural to them, they have been together since being in the womb, so their likes and dislikes and mannerisms would be heavily intertwined. It's like when couples who know each other really well except this is on a much higher level being twins and all.
