  I built my own filament extrusion device with the junk around and I am using LG HI121H ABS pellets, they print well and they suprisingly have better layer adhesion than Prusa or Creality ABS filaments. If you are not using melt filter on the extruder, consider changing your nozzles to 0.6mm, it helps a lot. In the machine I built, filament consistency increases with slower extrusion speeds, so check which speed gives you the best diameter consistency you might wait longer with the filament extrusion line but prints failing less will offset that time. Also remember pellets will get moisture very quickly, your device has a drying mechanism on top it seems but in my case, even during the operation, dried ABS pellets were getting wet again while inside the hopper, even if they were just been there for like 3 hours. Also be careful sometimes these heater bands can leak electricity. Also not every masterbatch fits every plastic type if you put the wrong masterbatch parts will get weaker, I would like to remind you that there are masterbatches for fire retardance and uv protection and they are not so expensive, adding talc can increase dimensional stability but I do not recommend it as it reduces layer adhesion. Also filament extrusion line will generate way more gasses than enclosed printers be ready for it, it is horrible, a mask is a must, use one with the filter type 6057 Abe1.   I wish you success! You will definitely succeed, I will be glad to see your materials. You can put a Toshiba VF-S11 at the input and convert two phases into three, receiving all possible current protection.
