  I like how stinging and straightforward Stan&apos;s responses are lol, he&apos;s definitely challenging your interview syle to be a bit more specific and less presupposing, still interesting and entertaining though!

  I love Stan&apos;s frankness in interviews and the Draftsmen podcast. Wonderful interview. <br>I found the comments about being able to make the frequent and daily small decisions to be the most impactful for me. That is what it comes down to in the end when it comes to improving. What I find most challenging about that is having a sense of urgency enough to act against choosing the comfortable path.

  i feel like you could offer more open ended questions and less rhetorical ones, especially around stuff like creativity vs income, believe this popped up in the patrick jones interview as well. more time for them to offer individual insights.

  Actually knowing what you truly want to do is the question, isn&apos;t it? &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;But determining the answer to that question is initially the real difficult problem!
