  My dad who is still with us told me of an encounter he had. He was a police chief in the small town of Wonewoc WI during the late 50’s and 60’s. He was patrolling one night around 2am. He drove past the local grain store and saw something huge on top of the grain dryer. The dryer was approximately two stories higher than the local two story buildings in the down town. It looks like a large bin with a funnel connected at the top with a lid. It’s still there til this day. It has 3 or 4 cables attached at the roof. Dad said he looked up and saw an absolutely huge dark bird. He said it was so big that when it shifted on top of that dryer, it snapped one of the cables. The wings hung down past the dryer. He tells the story “matter of fact like”. Not a monster but instead an unbelievably large eagle type bird. We have bald and Golden eagles here but he said it was 5 times larger. He never saw it again.

  I saw one in September 2022. I was in Whitehall, PA in the Walmart parking lot. It baffles me to this day that that&apos;s where I saw it. It was the early morning and the skies were overcast. It had stormed heavily the night before. I spent the night sleeping in my car and after I woke up and was ready to head into the Walmart I looked up and saw it. Absolutely massive wingspan and flying very high up just under the clouds. Definitely a feathered creature with a long slender neck and beak. It&apos;s most incredible feature besides it&apos;s size was it&apos;s very long feathered tail that trailed behind it. The tail was about as long as it&apos;s body from it&apos;s beak to it&apos;s back. It was gliding effortlessly and quickly through the air propelled by big slow and powerful wing flaps. I watched in awe for about 8 seconds as it flew across the sky and out of sight.   As a child i had a book that contained thunderbirds, kelpies, yeti, and all sorts of cryptids <br>I carried that book everywhere with me <br>I enjoyed the stories and whenever i shared them they were usually met with laughter.<br>I found your channel today and im already binging my way through the videos.<br><br>Youve taken me right back to the moment of intrigue that led to me owning that book.<br>The level of detail and evaluation youve put into these is brilliant and credit is due for that work ethic <br><br>Thank you

  Back in the early 70’s my uncle in Arizona he was an old west historian. He told me that story about the Thunderbird.

  Ex mother in law and her husband swore they saw a huge condor in indiana. &nbsp;They were fishing at Eagle Creek reservoir. They were in a boat on one of the feeder creeks and swear the birds wings were as wide as the creek. They swore, both of them, that it was true. I wasnt there.

  I recently watched an interview with the boy that was on Monsterquest. He was grabbed by a giant bird. He managed to get away from it. He still has the REAL scars from the talons.

  At 8:30 p.m., July 25, 1977, two giant birds swooped down on a backyard in Lawndale and attacked a 10-year-old boy Marlon Lowe. One of the birds latched on to the youngster and started to carry him away, but the boy’s mother began beating on the bird until it released her son.

  Was driving in Vermont on the highway, there were thunder storms coming and right before I see a massive dark bird. Huge like a single engine plane big. My wife saw it too and then it just became one of those strange events we just put in the back of our minds

  My neighbor right behind our house in Nikiski AK one early morning he was going to let his cat out mid dusk/morning he spotted a huge bird flying overhead his house, he told me it was 4x&apos;s the size of a eagle! He decided to let his cat out until it was lighter out.This was in Febuary this year 2025

  Prior to the 1977 Johnstown flood I was looking through the town library&apos;s archived oldest newspapers on microfilm. One of the first articles I read was about a boy who saved his brother from being carried off by a large bird. The 1977 flood destroyed what I had looked at☹ To me it proves that the giant birds were here not very long ago.

  A year or so ago I seen the shadow of a Thunderbird. &nbsp;I could not see the bird as the sun was directly behind it. &nbsp;But the wingspan of the shadow on the road overlapped the center line by more than a foot, and the other wing tip went off the edge of the pavement a couple feet or more. &nbsp;My first thought is this is the shadow of a small airplane, however, the shape was a perfect soaring bird. &nbsp;This appeared only moments after I popped out of a really hard summer time thunderstorm so I was thinking ,&apos;WTF is there an airplane flying in this weather?&apos; &nbsp;Then I realized it isn&apos;t an airplane!
