Pre-order our new album The Allfather Awakens out October 2 at https://amonamarth.com Listen / Share / Playlist “Gjallahorn” / https://lnk.to/Gjallarhorn GJALLARHORN Through Nifelheim’s eternal night A trek of fear and dread The keeper of the well to find The wanderer walks ahead Dressed in grey he struggles on Through ice and piercing wind His weary legs drag along For the price at journey’s end By the root of Yggdrasil Sits the watcher of the well Oden offers his appeal But the man is not compelled Fill the Gjallarhorn With water from the pool Let me drain it down And wisdom fill my soul The guardian of memories Gave his head one shake Seldom does a silent man Make any grave mistakes Mimr’s face was hard and stern He would not be swayed He didn’t move, he didn’t turn And Oden felt dismayed ”Just one drink from your well, One drink and I’ll be wise. Ask of me what you will. There must be a price!” Fill the Gjallarhorn With water from the pool Let me drain it down And wisdom fill my soul Oden stared into Mimr’s eyes His face could not be read Finally he broke a smile And then Mimr said ”For a drink from my well Your eye is my price.” Oden showed a steady hand Then calmly he said "Give me a knife.” Fill the Gjallarhorn With water from the pool Let me drain it down And wisdom fill my soul Lift the Gjallarhorn Drink and you’ll be wise Wisdom comes to those Who will sacrifice Amon Amarth is: Johan Hegg - Vocals Olavi Mikkonen - Guitar Johan Söderberg - Guitar Ted Lundström - Bass Jocke Wallgren – Drums Follow Amon Amarth: http://amonamarth.com Facebook: AmonAmarth Instagram: amonamarth Twitter: amonamarthband Production company: TRE FILM Director: Pavel Trebukhin @pashatre Producer: Denis Kotegov @dkotegovs DOP: Denis Rayneeed @rayneeed 1AD: Arturs Zeps @zerturs 2AD: Victoria Trebukhina @victoria.niklyaeva 1AC: Denis Sorogin @diplv , Ivars Trautmanis @mr.applebox 2AC: Indrikis Marts Zunde @mizunde Technical Director: Dmitrijs Jermolovs Steadycam: Nikita John Creagh @nikita_john_creagh Gaffer: Toms Locmelis @lightbandit_ Best Boy: Zigmunds Sins Sparks: Janis Zeidaks, Janis Kukulis Production designer: Aksels Millers @akselsmillers Art Director: Dima Buks @buksdima On set props: Jēkabs Sapnovs, Reinis Johansons, Kaspars Anuševics, Ēriks Glazgovs Set decorators: Kristers Straumers, Domeniks Bērziņš, Anna Anuševica Graphic Designer: Lidija Zaneripa Prints: Jānis Libarts Costume designers: Ksenia Krasnodebska @lazycinema Costume assistants: Elina Bertule @elina.bertule Casting director: Nika Stepanova @nikasteppa HEAD MUA: Kseniia Halchenko @kseniiahalchenko SFX MUA: Anastasija Gaile @anastasijagaile MUA assistants: Dace Bartusa @insta_geisha SFX: Faville @faville_sfx SFX supervisor: Janis Jakuss-Kreituss @pirojanis SFX coordinator: Ilze Jakusa-Kreituse @ilzekreituse SFX crew: Mairis Peksis, Janis Vasilevskis, Augusts Tauriņš, Edgars Bāliņš PA: Oleksandr Olishchuk @sashka_olishchuk Production: TRE FILM @tre.film VFX: Illia Mukhin @wateone.films Color: Olha Korzhynska @olha.colourist CAST: Jan Gebruk Aleksandrs Strautiņš Special thanks: ARKOGINTS camera rental @arkogints CINEVILLA SHOOTIX EventTransport iOZ Kaktuss catering
