Throwing away those stained glass windows was criminal. She could have at least sold them to a salvage place so someone else could enjoy them. That craftsmanship is gone forever.

I would love to see you hosting a show on TLC but it needs to be called "Shading Spaces". No one could do it better.

People buying elegant older Homes brimming with character so they can make them hideously modern is an unforgivable offense in my estimation.

"Sometimes we have to question why our budget is eleven dollars" is the realest commentary.

She threw away stained glass windows! She could have at least called a secondhand place and given them away. What a travesty! So sad! 😢

I get so nutty with people who purchase old homes and take out all the character.

I can't believe how personally I took it that that woman threw away the antique stained glass windows.

honestly, if it's a 11 dollar foam, that thing is not worth me spending hours to do glue, sanding, painting... etc etc. my time is worth more on better materials

10:23 Re the one who threw out the stained glass and vintage tiles: first, I agree - if you don’t like that look, don’t get that house. Second, if one is determined to destroy the vintage vibe, AT LEAST offer them to an architectural salvage firm. So many folks would pay top dollar for those (probably to restore similar damage to another building.)

😭😭😭 If you have the good fortune to live in a 1930s home that has its original stained glass, yet for some unfathomable reason, want to replace it with something much less stylish, devaluing the property in the process, at least contact a reclamation or antique company first. They'll take them off your hands. Might even remove them too
The panels she broke and skipped are worth £100s in the UK. People buy them to refit into 1930s homes that have had the originals ripped out 😶

How is this man simultaneously so ruthless and also so respectful. This is the only opinion I trust when it comes to interior design😆
