My favorite videos on YouTube are now Arvin’s. I think it’s because he makes you feel like you’re actually shopping for a mansion with him and he’s got your back. He’s like a buddy who’s full of jokes, fun to hang out with, but gives you the straight truth at the same time. I always look forward to these! Thanks Arvin!

This feels more like a boutique hotel than a family home. Fantastic for entertaining but not cozy enough for a family

11:45 had me crying laughing. "if you're okay with it" ,immediately cuts to security cameras having a direct view of the bath tub

I hate when agents say "wine cellar" when they are really shelves.

In Spain many houses, not even villas, have names on the front of the it: "Casa Luz Del Sol" or only "Casa *name of the family*"

Step 1: Become multimillionaire (very doable).
Step 2: Buy eclectic property.
Step 3: Invite Enes.

Step 4: Be reviewed by Arvin.

Never thought I'd say this but I'm so used to Enes showing houses I get a kick out of him. When he's not there I miss him.
