Bake at 375 F <br>40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown, and the pudding is set

The “cream caramel” recipe needs a little “tweaking” basically in terms of the depth of the water in the pan . Maybe a small increase (30 degrees) in oven temp. Use an “instant read” prong thermometer to 195 degrees, to be sure everything sets
