Lactobacillus species,Bifidobacterium species, Akkermansia muciniphila…. consuming kefir + inulin + flax/chia + oats, you’re actively feeding these beneficial bacteria.

This is seriously disturbing. We’re being hit from all directions — food, water, even medicine. It honestly makes me fear for the future of our kids. I just finished Vault of Consumable Corruption book and I was blown away by what’s going on behind the scenes. The things companies are allowed to do in the name of profit… it’s insane. Thats why so many ppl get cancers, autism etc. We can’t afford to stay in the dark anymore. The time to wake up is now. Thank you Dr

The study published in Nature is available now, by the way, for anyone watching this since the video was published. It's actually available for free online and is a good read, though I wish they were able to outline specific foods (instead, the species/families are mapped to substrates, i.e. high-fiber, and diet types) like they did with coffee. I assume that may be coming in the future, though.

The paper is somewhat dense for casual reading, especially if you don't have a science background - but it's skimmable if you are just looking for the probiotic species and positive/negative impacts. It's mostly charts after that that are easy enough to read if you look at the keys/legends and explanations, plus methodology

Akkermansia needs these Polyphenol-rich foods:
•Berries (blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, blackberries)
•Pomegranate
•Green tea
•Cocoa (dark chocolate, 85%+)
•Omega-3s (flax, chia, walnuts, fatty fish) — you’re already covering flax/chia
•Prebiotics (inulin, oats, resistant starch from cooled potatoes or rice)

I don't think we can fathom how important these studies are to our future health care and I hope that all levels of school will teach the next generation to give them a better understanding of how to take good care of their bodies. Along with learning how to use peptides wisely and how to regenerate your stem cells at a higher rate the outlook for better mental, spiritual and physical health will be less of a mystery and much more hopeful.
