Rear cans need to be mounted on the inside of the rear foot hangers not the outside.

As a blackbird owner, that is awesome to get invited with your bike to the races for the day. Great job of learning as you rebuilt the bike and that will make the next bike you wrench on in the future that much easier.

As someone who is at the beginning of a blackbird project your video has given a whole new load of motivation to begin! Much like you're good self I have very little mechanical skill compared to other people but I now believe I can at least give it a go. So I thank you for your inspiration and I intend to keep subscribing to your channel for further no nonsense down to earth easy to follow videos. Keep em coming yours Brendan.
