Clarification: The girl @ <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4_JlPMRToU&t=60">1:00</a> said that beef rib ALONE was $68.<br>(That can't be accurate. I believe she meant 'the sample platter' cost $68 and that include the beef rib, brisket, etc.)

Europeans say the US doesn't have culture. The US has culture from all over the world. The US has more culture than any single country in any other country. As an American citizen growing up in southern Colorado I can say my favorite food from any particular culture is Mexican food. I live in the heart of green chili country and love it.

I know how delicious the food from my moms hand me down recipes are. My mom made a marinade. When i was little that i never forgot. It wasn't untill near her end that she gave it to me. I have a few pf her recipes along with her sisters recipes.
