  With Mr. Richards clearly above average intellectual level and what seems to me to be a true regeneration of this Brother in Christ, him being unable to embrace Calvinism shows me that the truth of Calvinism is by a providential gift from God ever been as much as salvation and not merely a cognitive acquiescence.

  When asked by White, “Was the Cross of Christ determined even before He created Adam?” Mr. Richardson answered, “Yes.”<br>Okay, so, if then Adam would NOT have disobeyed God and NOT taken from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, what would have God’s prior determinative of the Cross been relegated to? <br>Would it then have been just a nebulous, hovering and unfulfilled intention drifting upon the divine ether of eternity?

  Dr. White is always big on sticking to the verse that is the topic of debate. I think he changed his strategy here because he was caught up in the Libertarian free will questions

  The scriptures just quoted by James are very clear in showing the ramifications of the fall. Which Christ came to die and free us from. Romans 8:2

  Calvinism says God is ultimately sovereign in everything in one breath, and it’s theology says Gods decree won’t allow His will to do what he wants to?

  In the Q&amp;A, when Richardson asked White, before the fall did Adam have libertarian free will, James White answered wrongly when he answered, “yes.” <br>He should have answered, “no.”<br>And the reason is, in order for Man - or any created being - to have libertarian free will, it would mean that God would have had to disconnect &nbsp;Himself from control of part of His universe. And God would never, and could never, do that.
