The oven is a bit too high for bread, that's why the tops turned out a bit under-baked. But oh don't I love the aura! Thank you!

Greetings Cathy, Peter, Jeff and Pam. ... Thank you for this step by step reenactment of making frontier bread, baked in an outdoor, period appropriate oven. ... I've watched many videos featuring these skill. ... I must ask Peter. Did anyone (you, Cathy, or your guests) churn the butter? ... I have churned butter, using a modern, glass Kilner hand cranked churn. I made a herb butter for an online course. I used dried, crushed mint from my garden, and paired it with peas. ... We have a bread machine (cheating, I know). ... Blessings from E. ON.

The Bran has all the water soluble vitamins all the Bs that why they have to add it back in supermarket bread , the problem being that they add synthetic minerals back in , leaving the bran probably healthier
