Thirty years inside. Now I'll tell you. I'm Marilyn Vance. I'm 68, and for thirty years I worked inside senior living, first on the front desk and then running admissions and move-ins. I'm the person the hospital called on a Tuesday afternoon, when a family had about forty-eight hours to make a decision that lasted the rest of someone's life. I'm retired now, and I'd like to spend what I have left on the other side of that desk. This channel is for two people: the one in their sixties, seventies or eighties deciding whether to move at all, and the adult child who just got the call and has until Thursday. Every episode takes one question that actually blocks people and answers it properly. What the form is really measuring. What a contract does after you sign. What a place costs once you add the parts nobody quotes. I'm not a lawyer, a nurse or an agent. Nobody pays me and there is nothing to buy. New episode every few days. Tell me what state you are in.
