There is a lot that I have learnt about personal growth, meditation and spirituality - through experience, hundreds of self-help books, podcasts and courses/retreats. I share this stuff with you in the form of easy-to-digest videos. Let's grow together! I live in Canada with my husband and two kids. I am an engineer but I gave that up because it wasn’t my passion. I transitioned my career to leadership training and later, content creation. Nice to meet you!
