Our Mission We specialize in testing and comparing home water treatment products - from small filter pitchers to large whole house water softeners - sharing our results on our website and this YouTube channel. Whatever your budget or needs, our goal is simple: To deliver honest, fact-based recommendations on the best products available today. We also offer practical, real-world tips and advice to help you make informed decisions about home water treatment. Our Approach to Testing Products Real-World, Hands-On Testing - One of the two core pillars underpinning our review process is extensive hands-on testing. We install and evaluate every product directly on our home taps and water supplies. Independent Lab Analysis - The second core principle is lab testing: Whenever possible, we send “before” and “after” water samples to a certified, independent lab for analysis of the various impurity levels. We usually test each sample for more than 100 analytes.
