Hi, I'm Tom Timber. For most of my life, I've been fascinated by the skills, knowledge, and hard truths that helped mountain men, trappers, and frontier families survive long before modern conveniences existed. The wilderness has a way of exposing what really works and what doesn't. Out there, mistakes aren't inconveniences — they're consequences. That's why the old-timers relied on practical knowledge, tested methods, and lessons learned through experience. On this channel, I share the forgotten skills, survival truths, frontier history, and wilderness wisdom that helped people live in some of the harshest conditions imaginable. You'll find videos about mountain men, trapping, bushcraft, frontier living, survival myths, historical remedies, wilderness food, and the real stories behind life on the American frontier. Subscribe if you want to discover the forgotten knowledge that helped people survive when there were no stores, no power, and no second chances.
