We are Dominic and Madeleine and together with our two young children we are slowly restoring a forgotten monastery in Italy. After leaving our lives in London behind, we began a long-term project to bring this forgotten place back to life - restoring its buildings, reviving the land, and slowly creating a place centred around hospitality, craftsmanship, and slow living. This channel documents the real process: the work, the setbacks, the discoveries, and everything we learn along the way at Monastero di Santa Lucia.
