  I recently, as of last year, ended up being diagnosed with a severe auto immune disorder. I&apos;ve spent nearly every single day inside or in a hospital as my medicine reacts poorly to sun light and temperature changes.<br><br>The first couple months were hell as my arms and legs barely work now without a cane to steady myself.<br><br>These sorts of videos have helped me get through so many sleepless nights wondering if I will ever heal.<br><br>I just turned 31 this year too.. it was a rough way to turn 30.

  I turned 37 this year. &nbsp;I quit a good job to take care of my sick mom full time. &nbsp;I&apos;ve been single for almost 20 years. &nbsp;Take it from someone who has let fear control his life, get out there and live! &nbsp;Take risks and never let doubt stop you from pushing to your dreams.

  I turned 16 this year and ive been struggling with mental health recently due to me being very unmotivated to do anything, this music helped me sleep peacefully for once ithout any bad thoughts, thank you!

  To the person reading this, we may not know each other at all but I hope you&apos;re having a better day than I am currently...<br>I recently got a very serious lung condition where the survival rate is about 30% within 5 years, with treatment... I am 23... I&apos;m scared, definitely... But I&apos;m fighting life, I love what I&apos;ve accomplished and done for people and all that... <br><br>Hope everything is going well with the person who is reading this... If not, it&apos;s okay to cry... There&apos;s no shame in crying, or fight it, like me... I don&apos;t see the point of crying anymore... I will most likely be gone before the 30s...<br><br>I wish you guys all the best and the most beautiful life, don&apos;t do dumb stuff... Be kind to yourself, your family and friends... And have a great life ❤
