I was born and raised in West Virginia and still live there. I've been to 35 different states and 13 other countries and I wouldn't trade my home for anything else.

I was born in Kosice, in former Czechoslovakia. After the invasion of my old country by Russia in 1968 I left the country and emigrated to US. I stayed in NY for 4 years and after that I found my NEW home in West Virginia and I am here ever since. I woudn;t live anywhere else!<br>Mike F.

I was born in West Virginia in 1957. I was raised her, graduated high school and went into the Air Force in 1978. I came back in 1998 after I retired from the Air Force right back into within 2 miles of where I left. I have lived in 8 foreign countries and have visited 40 other ones! I have been back for over 28 years and will never leave again. I love it here and the life is so much slower and calmer than other states!

I've been all over this country, and nowhere feels more like america than the beautiful west virginia mountains outside my back door. Anytime you feel this country has lost its way, I welcome you to come to West Virginia and visit real America.
