What Pool Builders Don’t Know About Aquatic Operations

Ep. 24 No one sees every side of a commercial aquatic facility. Phil Collins and Robert Morgan have decades of experience in commercial pool construction, but they are the first to admit there are parts of the industry they have never worked in firsthand. Operators, aquatic designers, engineers, manufacturers, and facility teams all see problems from a different angle. That is why The Aquatic Perspective is expanding the conversation. In this episode, the hosts discuss why bringing more industry voices onto the podcast matters, what can be learned from other people’s mistakes and experience, and their plans to record conversations with industry professionals at WWA. They also explain why the goal is not polished success stories. It is useful conversations about what happens in commercial aquatics and what others can learn from it.
