Total respect for the determination and perseverance that a project like this demands. I build plastic models some of which take months to complete, but this particular project here is really over the top. Again, RESPECT.

The engineering and artistry of WW1 airplanes was incredible and it never ceases to amaze me how people can create such beautiful machines for killing each other.

The rigging on this 1/16 Camel was a beast, but it was worth it. What's your favourite WW1 aircraft? Should I tackle a Fokker Dr.I or an S.E.5a next?

When I was a nipper, way back when, we used to buy these 6d Airfix kits, that came in a plastic bag, usually of an aircraft, in grey plastic bits held in a few frames, to be snapped off and assembled. I loved them. However, my brothers' glued every little bit together, and it took them hours upon hours; me - I just glued the main bits, the wings / fuselage, stuck on the wheels and prop, and we were good to go! Watching this vid was an exercise in patience itself...lol. Very nicely done! GGs Enjoy a sub! Cheers from far away!
