  This was the first version of the story that I ever saw. I went thru that wardrobe with Lucy and my heart has been there ever since.

  I watched this as a kid and I thought I made this up but I&apos;m glad to see it&apos;s real, I remember this really creeped me out as a kid 😭

  This was my absolute favorite as a kid. I had no idea it was from before I was born. I used to watch this with my brother when we were kids. He has since passed so this brings up some memories. I finally found this on DVD about 12 years ago and I remember being so happy to finally own it. Great movie. Thank you for posting this.

  I watched this on TV when I was 12 in 1979. I can still vividly recall that I was sick with fright and revulsion when the demon with the scissors jumped up to shave Aslan, and they were all laughing. I knew Aslan represented Jesus, bit nothing I saw or heard in church as a child scared me the way the scene from this cartoon did! And at the end, when the kids accidentally went back to WW2 Era England, and lost Narnia and their adulthood, &nbsp;that actually hurt me somehow 😢

  You know, of all the Narnia books and movies, the story of the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe will always be my favorite.
