You sir, Mr Xaos, are ridiculous. I don't think Phase 4 and/or 5 would be winnable with these settings. Please prove me wrong.

okay, doing the maths on this run, to get to a level 5 space elevator, you need a total of 430,000 smart plating, 539,000 versatile frameworks, 810,000 automated wiring, 162,500 modular engines, 160,000 adaptive control units 75,000 assembly director systems, 75,600 magnetic field generators, 45,000 propulsion rockets, 120,000 nuclear pasta, 100,000 biochemical sculptors, 20,000 ballistic warp drives, and 25,600 Ai expansion servers.
Let's just look at the smart plating, ignoring tier requirements and locked alts that would make this even worse:
Smart plating required Reinforced iron plates, screws, and with the alt recipe plastic. The plastic doubles the efficiency, so is basically required. RI plates require Iron plates and either screws, rubber, or wire. Wire from caterium is the only viable option at this scale. For rotors the steel pipes are the way to go, we want to avoid screws as much as possible. Then the plastic you'd probably make with polymer resin, so as to get some power to help support this mess.
So in total the 430,000 smart plating would take 430,000 RI plates, rotors, and 1,290,000 plastic. The 430,000 RI plates would take 2,866,670 plates and 5,733,340 wire. Those plates take 2,866,670 iron ingots and 573,334 more plastic. The rotors would take 1,720,000 steel pipes and 5,160,000 more wire. Those pipes would take 5,160,000 steel ingots or 3,440,000 steel ingots and 2,064,000 concrete. The total of 1,863,334 plastic would take ~11,180,000 resin, which is produced from processing 44,720,016 crude oil into 14,906,672 fuel, which you would then burn to help power this monstrosity. You still need 10,893,340 wire, or 2,723,335 caterium ingots.

In total, you would need:
2,723,335 caterium ingots. - 8,170,005 ore and 4,902,003 Sulfuric if you leech it, 10,893,340 ore and water if you don't.
44,720,016 crude oil. Can decrease if you don't want that much by-product.
3,440,000 steel ingots. - 3,440,000 iron ore and 1,720,000 compacted coal, so 3,440,000 iron ore, coal, and sulfur.
2,064,000 concrete. - 6,192,000 limestone and 5,160,000 water.
2,866,670 iron ingots. - 2,866,670 ore and 573,334 sulfuric if you leech, 3087183 ore and 882052 water if you don't.
With leeching, that's a total of 5,475,337 sulfuric, which would then be 10,950,674 sulfur and water.
So leeching, you need 6,306,670 iron ore, 6,192,000 limestone, 3,440,000 coal, 8,170,005 caterium ore, 16,110,674 water, 44,720,016 crude oil, and 4,535,067 sulfur.
On impure patches with mk 3 drills, that means you need, in mining minutes:
iron - 52,556
coal - 28,667
caterium - 68,083
water - 134,256
sulfur - 37,792
crude oil - 745,333 1788799200MJ
for perspective, a week is 10080 minutes, so 5 mk 3 miners going for a week straight wouldn't even get you the iron you need for the smart plating alone. This would cost 2102271000MJ to mine alone at 100% efficiency, *including the power gained from burning the fuel*.

Also i've just realised you actually need much more plating than this, bc the wiki lists everything under 1x cost multipliers and gives the smart plating cost for higher tier components, so you need more than 430,000 but I am not doing all those calculations again
The 2x component cost alone would be an interesting challenge, but combined with 100x elevator cost and impure nodes it's straight up impossible unless you're willing to mine and process every node on the map and afk for a month straight waiting for everything to craft

I have some tricks that can make it much better. 1. Try to unlock geothermal power and get power that way. 2. Biomass is better than solid biofuel. Becuase biofuel is 1.5x better than biomass in vanilla but since you now need 2x the amount of biomass, using biofuel is a loss. 3. You need to make more use of underclocking. If you make much more machines and underclock them you will use a lot less power. For example a smelter is 20 mw on 100% but if you make 10 smelters and run them on 10% they will run on 1mw so if you make 10 of those it uses 10mw so you're dividing your power needs by half. 4. Use alternative recepis. You can make much more reinforced plates and rotors if you use alternative recepis. Hopefully this helps you if you try to continue this run.

23:44 Don't feed your biomass burners solid biofuel. On 2x recipe cost they generate less energy than biomass. That means it actually costs power to make solid biofuel
