Could we get an inverse of this video? Stuff that looked like it would be useful but ended up not being that great?

I love my weeeeeird dice. I have a d5, d7, d14, d16, d24, d30 in addition to normal sets. I love using them for when im rolling for any kind of eldritch horror monster to make them feel even more alien. "Wait what do you mean the monster rolled a 22 to hit and then rolled 2d7 damage, but you say 22 isnt a crit?"

Instead of a 3D printer, we've been using a normal printer, laminator, and little 2d mini bases. They're normal base size with a slightly curved slot that you can put the laminated mini cut out into, saves SO much money and time compared to a 3D printer... And space, you can flat pack laminated paper.

My favorite piece of equipment that is super cheap is a roll of seamstress’s tape. No more counting squares (or needing squares in general). Speeds up combat a ton.

I know we should be supporting the community, but I've been using a dice tower made from random Lego for years and it's literally my favorite accessory! I decorated the outside of it with Lego swords and stuff, it's shaped roughly like a medieval castle, and it's very compact and fits most standard sized dice.

For dice potion props, you need WIDE-MOUTH jars. I have a dozen I put together a few years ago. Just shake them up, put the jar down on the table, and read the numbers off the dice. Easy peasy, no fumbling around trying to get them out or back in.

Those mini tables/shelves at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zf3F-QskLPw&t=635">10:35</a> are probably monitor stands.

My most used item is a jewellery storage tray. It is perfectly set up for holding dice divided by size, has a rolling area, and has an area you can slot spell cards, monster stat blocks, etc. It looks classy and fits in a bag easily enough. It is about an A4 size though, so if table space is minimal I have a small card desk organizer with a dice draw and an open box (dice tray) on top that I've crafted up to look nice.

I highly recommend the Bambu Lab Printers over the flash forge. Especially with the new line up coming out, the older just as good printers are available at great prices. You can also get the new P2S for 549.
