Gibson should do a “Modern Spotlight” with a real neck through, 9 ply like the Firebird, BUT invert the walnut and mahogany layers, so walnut with thin slices of mahogany.

The only criticism I have of Trogly is that he takes vintage or otherwise special guitars out of circulation by hoarding them. Some of us would like to have access to such guitars for our love of them but unfortunately, they are not out there due to collectors who can afford to scarf them up. But I will say that I truly respect Trogly's knowledge and love of the guitars.

Co-founder of Heritage, Rendal Wall is a music man of the people. He started working at Gibson Guitar in 1960. During his 22 years with the company he designed priceless tools to help musicians create and perform their best. Among Rendal's many inventions are the famous TP-6 tailpiece, Sustain Sisters, HRW pickups and Equa Strings, which have equal tension across an entire set.

I know I've mentioned this before, Big T, but you can clean up that pickguard screw hole with a truss rod cover screw. It kinda cleans up the top and adds a touch of bling. You can use one on the lower edge, too. It really helps slow down any finish scaling, thanks, Oh, and the Meguires tip is a great one, rub for the squeak!!! Thanks again!
