  Only found Tom's YouTube channel recently but by god is he an absolute breath of fresh air to watch and so outrageously funny yet offering such sound advice on wines that won’t break the bank. I have bought several of his wine suggestions and haven’t been disappointed with any of them. Great interview Russell, love the relaxed format.

  Tom Gilbey is just fantastic, discovered him about a year ago and haven't stopped consuming his content since. He is just brilliant at what he does, great guy.

  Tom's as mad as a bucket of snakes and such a beautiful character. And Mister Howard, if I might say, you are a sensitive and very astute interviewer. This is rapidly becoming one of my favourite podcasts, enabled by the intellect of Dan-opaedia.

  He showed up on my youtube feed and  didn't want to watch any of his stuff (talking about Tom) and then i folded and watched one - I'm converted!  Think its his authenticity that comes through - i was expecting one thing and he gave me something else.  Enjyed this conversation!  Also a fan of fountain pens and writing....wonderful conversation.

  Top bloke who came up in my feed. Just a 100% wholesome, open and downright nice chap. I found red wine in Italy and still to this day have only drank it there. Locally sourced.. I have been given some nice red and I'm waiting for an opportunity to share it

  I work in NE Sweden and the local Commune put a mobile sauna on the bank of a pool that links to the river. They then added steps down into the pool which is basically a rectangle cut into the ice. I have seen the ice up to 40cms thick in this pool at -20
