Saw these guys in Germany in '72. <br>This was taped in the Royal Albert Hall. Sold out at over 5400 seats. Sadly, this was one of the last few live performances for Ray Thomas (flute). He died a year or so after this performance. The drummer, Graeme Edge, has sadly passed as well, leaving only two of the original members still in the group. Justin Hayward (vocals) and John Lodge (bass). 50+ years together...remarkable.

Justin wrote this song when he was 19 to a girl he adored from afar. Someone told her a few years later it was about her. She asked him if it was true. They got married. They're still married.

His name is Justin Hayward and he is closing in on 80 years old. He wrote this song when he was 19 years old. Continue to explore and experience the moody blues. They are one of the most significant groups of recent history.

The singer is Justin Heyward. Heโs led the band since 1967.

One of the all time classic songs. The studio version is more haunting but this is an amazing performance.

Justin Hayward's voice is just amazing, like others have said "Forever Autumn" off of The War of the Worlds album is just beautiful.

This song is 57 years old. This particular concert was at the Royal Albert Hall in London in 2000 with the London Symphony Orchestra.<br>Two of this line-up are sadly no longer with us. Ray Thomas the flautist and drummer Graeme Edge. Vocalist Justin Hayward and bass player John Lodge still perform today.
