RM is not a team- its an ego contest between players.

Biggest problem is Perez and the board. They gave players so much power that players started to think they own the club.

The team's full of rampant egos who need to be brought down a peg or two, let's see bring in the biggest ego in world football to solve the rampant self-absorbed egotism problem destroying Madrid.

Real madrid commited the same mistake when they sold Mekelele back in 2000s, and Real struggled for years after. They sold their player who controlled the midfield. Similar happened here when Toni Kroos retired 2 years ago and their midfield lost control. Perez was president for both ocassions and still he didnt learn, and instead he chases after shiny new toys for forward players.

If Madrid wants to come back to winning ways, they must stop looking out on Barcelona and be themselves

At this point, it's not managers that are not the problem anymore... but now it's Perez and the board since they think that buying superstars can solve all the problems which truly failed miserably and this is not the first time that they have faced this problem before and yet here we are, the cycle continues once again.
