  It’s not a easy journey but it’s doable. I sit on my back porch with my puppies in solitary silence for hours. The little birds coming for their food and the trees in my back yard are conforming and it feels spiritual. I look forward to that time each morning. I’m learning to be comfortable with me.😇🙏🌈
