  Just to be clear, the choriqueso with leche con platoon is not typical "Santiaguinian" but typical from the southern city of Punta Arenas. Kiosco roca started there and now has become a national chain. Really pleased to see the choriqueso in this video, as i was born an raised puntarenense

  as chilean, i never thougth sonny would ever come to chile... but i must say, you barely touched the tip of the iceberg of food we have here, being the longest country in the world, we have a lot of different biomes and types of food to offer. i would much rather see you in the southern part of chile enjoing a nice cordero al palo!

  I'm an Irishman living in Chile, and the sandwich you dissed -- the chacarero (with the green beans) -- is the best sandwich in Chile, IMHO! Just order it with "poco mayo", with some extra aji chileno (hot chilean sauce) for a real treat! PS: "Congrio" is not conger, it's a member of the cusk eel family. It's called "kingclip" in Australia and off the coast of southern Africa

  I&apos;m Brazilian but I live in Chile. Your video was incredible, I see that many tourist guides (Brazilians) don&apos;t even know half of these foods.

  BTW the US dollar sign has two lines through it. &nbsp;Chile&apos;s has one line through it. &nbsp;So they are different.
