  Castle Skingrad is so beautiful. By far my favourite location in Oblivion. Props to Janus, I knew from the first second he’s gonna be #1. Most other Counts barely deserve the name.

  Hassildor has always been my favorite count as he’s shown himself to be not just a competent leader and wise man, but also actually caring for his people.

  You forgot some lore. Its mentioned in a book in Skyrim that the Skingrad is eventually outed as a vampire but the whole City stands behind him because he&apos;s such a good leader and gets rid of the Vigilants of Stendar that come for him.

  I would have given the Caros last place for the torture stuff. That is enough to make them last place, pushing the dead guy up 1 place.

  My boy Count Hassildor ftw! Other than the fact that Skingrad is just freaking beautiful, it&apos;s also very clear that the populace respects if not loves him. Man is a good at his job, cares about his wife, and proves that vamps in Elder Scrolls can make a positive difference on mortals. <br>Plus he&apos;s just a nice guy, which I really like about him lol
