The grandmother is an absolute piece of trash! To be honest, I understand allowing the dynamic to continue longer than it should. I had a similar experience with my mother. It took many years than it should for me to cut her off. You keep thinking that next time will be better. 😢 You keep making excuses thinking the next time will be better, even though your heart knows it won't be. The worst part in this story is that the child lost his mother. You have to be a horrible person to hurt a child and an even more child to hurt a child who has lost a parent. 😢
