Keepers never get the credit they deserve, the amount of training that goes into these players is amazing and the amount of skill, reactions and positioning it requires on top of how painful it must be having grown men kicking footballs at you, in my opinion, makes them the most skilled and respectable players on any pitch by far.

i remember when i used to be a goalie and it was really hard at the end of the game when they were celebrating who scored i just kind of felt bad that i wasn't recognized. goalies are unsung heroes.

I cannot imagine the adrenaline running through their veins after saving from kicks like those. Probably never gets old.

Neuer is just a example of a go tier goalkeeper, his performance in 2014 FIFA is insane

These saves are just insane! Proof that goalkeepers are the true heroes on the field. 🙌🔥 From last-second reactions to full-stretch dives – absolute masters of their craft. Respect to every keeper out there! 🧤⚽

Saves are just their own league of art, and I have to say I'm often more impressed by an epic save than an epic goal.

5:37 was genuinely so impressive. Like bro was about to commit to a dive for a power shot, as he's about to take off it gets deflected, and in that tiny window of time he changes his momentum and gets an arm out. Mindblowing save.
