  The disappointing thing is ALL of the advertising was talking about "Oh you can stab and grip and all these little interactions". Like that was ALL of the advertising, and its just not there. It's like Pong with no ball.

  I have my suspicions that somewhere along the way, they broke the project and the last few months before release, they scrambled to re-create whatever data they lost. There's no way the game is THAT different from the footage they were showing.

  I'm honestly so sick of early access games that sell you on a product that isn't even finished yet. This is barley a game it just a bunch of assets thrown into Unreal 5.

  People compare this game’s overhype to Bonelabs how was overhyped before launch, but the big difference is the Bonelab was overhyped by the community, BeyondSandbox was constantly hyped itself in nearly all their promotional material.<br><br>When you constantly call yourself a “Next-Gen vr sandbox” you shouldn’t be surprised when people are satisfied with a half-baked experience.

  this game has HUGE potential but they shouldnt have put out a release date until the game was actually ready for release<br><br>Edit: I feel like I should clarify that I dont think the devs did a terrible job with the time they had, and I think the community and their publisher rushing them is the main reason it turned out this way.

  The devs calling it &quot;Physics Based&quot; pisses me off, because it&apos;s such a nothing burger of a statement. It can hardly even be classified as buzzwords, since the very first videogames released decades ago (EVEN BEFORE PONG) were &quot;physics based&quot;, and required some rudimentary level of coding and programming physics to make it work.<br><br>It&apos;s like calling a new food product &quot;Nutrient Based&quot;. <br><br>Like...yeah? I sure hope there&apos;s even a tiny bit of nutrients in it, otherwise it&apos;s not FOOD?!

  The fact that people are trying hard to not blame the devs is crazy. &nbsp;These people are deflecting the blame on the “community” for “rushing them”. <br><br>Is the community responsible for the promises they made? No, is the community responsible for them not delaying it? No.

  No but genuinely how. They had it all clearly working in the trailers but this seems like a completely different game thrown together in a couple of months
