Hi folks! This one was a quicker project, but a very satisfying one.
There’s something special about bringing these old radios back to life, especially when you finally see those tubes glowing again… totally worth the effort.
Next project will be more complex and honestly, more demanding in terms of the learning curve.
Thanks for being here. Bigger things are coming. Cheers, Johnny 🥰

We've forgotten today how bulky, complex, and stylish radios of yesteryear were; how lucky you were to find spare parts for this antique 📻🤩👍

You did a great job or restoring this radio. As someone who loves things from that era, you did great. I've seen people ripping the tubes out, socket and all, even sometimes smashing them, and it pains me. But, you know how to preserve these things. I salute you.

Труд - достойный уважения! Беречь и сохранять то, что было создано до нас - это, по-человечески, разумно в отношении тех людей, кто создавал такие вещи. Спасибо!

Truly exceptional work and a delight to watch you recreate that work of engineering art. Ten out of ten.

That restoration was terrific. The Syrena shortwave radio from 1854 looks like it’s brand new. And it works, too.

I can smell the wood as the tubes heat up the box. Lovely woodwork restoration.
