  My daughters went to the poorest elementary school in our district. It was also the highest performing school because the teachers and administration set high expectations for the students.  They rewarded the students and the students understood that they learned and got rewarded.  And the teachers were able to teach effectively because the students followed the rules.

  I have been saying for years that kids are taught to look for ‘racism’ that isn’t actually there. They are taught to be a victim.<br>It’s pathetic

  I taught at a school like that, filled with bureaucracy and no consequences. It was hell.<br>Obviously this lady has no idea what a school needs to be.

  You are brilliant and I adore you! My mother was a resource teacher in inner city schools and she would agree with you 100%! She was a tiny little thing who did not tolerate nonsense. She had high expectations for her students and she dedicated her life to helping them. Thank you for speaking truth to power!

  I’m a math teacher for international schools &nbsp;who 100% agree with you! I refuse to allow my students to have excuse to be lazy or blame others for poor effort. Wish I can teach in your school.
